How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: Delete via App

  1. Log in to your MediGuide account
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Scroll to "Danger Zone" and click "Delete Account"
  4. Type DELETE to confirm and click the delete button

Option 2: Request via Email

If you cannot access your account, send an email to our support team with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account.

Data Retention Policy

When you delete your account, we immediately begin the deletion process. Your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes, but this data cannot be linked back to you in any way.

If required by law, certain records may be retained for legal compliance purposes.
